so who is the fantastic new manager ?
How many fans on here would have signed Paul lambert, in charge of Colchester at the time? Small time manager , no high level experience.
Who would have thought an ex England and Newcastle coach who won 45% of his games one season would be so rubbish at Norwich ( Roeder)
Who thought Gunn (fantastic player and legend) would be a rubbish manager
Who would have appointed Mike Walker, reserve team boss to take over from Stringer.
Who would have appointed reserve team boss Nigel Worthington?
Who would have known that agent Hamilton would be so poor ( yes we all knew that one!)
what I am getting at is who really knows how anyone will perform at a certain club
