scapegoat?

In industry a manager is 'responsible' not a 'scapegoat'. For some reason in football some people see poorly performing teams and acuse fans of making the team manager a 'scapegoat'. NW isn't a 'scapegoat', he is the team manager and responsible for the results. If we're under-performing he is responsible and he alone is the one who should come under scrutiny. If the players are not performing then look at the management. That's why he is in charge. By the way, I wouldn't mind his job and I'd be more than happy to take his salary and his responsibility even when things are not going well.
