how would you know it's there as it's not linked (at least not from where i was looking) to the main site
reduce the ads - the top one looks ok placement wise but the rest distract from the content
section with channel nos and ads - seems you have somee placement issue as they aren't consistent across main home of site and also ncfc page.
statistic counter - bit 1990? get google analytics into your site so you can track visitors, no one else needs to know.
facebook links - not a fan of the huge image. go to facebook developer pages and you can install widgets which i think look better and have more functionality
