didn't head out to the notoriously dodgy 'burbs though. We stayed by the station and had to walk through a supposedly dodgy area to get to the harbour; but didn't have any hassle at all - even had a Ramadan feast in a little cafe across the road and were heartily welcomed.
To be honest the city is not *that* great and quite expensive; but most of the places nearby in Provence are lovely
