Yeah, the players' celebrations after the 2nd goal were embarrassing...
Shows how far their ambitions have dropped really doesn't it? As does Green wasting time whilst taking goalkicks & the lack of any attempt to push Docherty anywhere near the Coventry penalty area when we had a couple of free kicks in injury time. I seriously think that Worthington & his players thought that a draw was a good result, mind you can you blame them when many of the City fans seemed more than happy to have scraped the draw too? It's been a while since i've felt contented enough to applaud the players off the pitch, and nothing changed yesterday.
Good day out though, trains were a cheap treat, great pubs in Nuneaton & the Cov fans we met were all top blokes despite the fact that the 30 or so of us had taken over their pubs in a pretty rowdy fashion throughout the day & evening!!
