It is inevitable i feel if the team continues to struggle as we are and if the board......
continue to back Worthington that, as i believe the Man in the Stands predicted that alot of fans patience will run out and that anger will take over and things will turn ugly.
I have lost faith and confidence in Worthy, i cannot see us going on a decent run and i think that the vast majority of fans feel this way.
If the board continue to back Worthy whilst the team stutters along then the fans, who i feel have been very reserved and patient so far will become angry and it will get nasty at the games.
I do not want this but i feel that it is inevitable and the only way that the board will sack Worthy.
Nigel is not going to quit. He will lose a hell of a lot of money and he is just not going to walk away from that. Matt Jackson was the same.
As i feel it is inevitable that things will turn ugly, the question i am asking is when do you think it will happen?
For me the Soton home game stands a very good chance of being the one, or if not then the home game against Burnley following what will probably have been a bad defeat to Sheffield Utd two days earlier.
Your thoughts?
