Pound for Pound, you can probably put the players Chile put out last night alongside the English ones, and you'll see that the class level is very similar

Also, if you want a proper comparison that reflects better on Hodgson than it does on Hughton. England have finished what they needed to do, they've qualified. So losing to Chile isn't really that important
