Current referee system not fit for purpose

Some dreadful decisions by refs yesterday.
More annoying because effectively they have gifted points to our rivals for survival.
In the PL (CL, WCup etc) use of video technology with a panel of off pitch assessors for referral of key decisions is quite feasible. There is too much at stake to rely totally on the on-pitch ref and linesmen.
