funny in hindsight, but when I first signed up for a contract
They sent me the phone and the contract, and I was using it for 7 weeks and I rang up saying I hadn't got a bill
I also suggested that they might have just assumed my dad was me as we have the same name. They wouldn't talk to me because thats exactly what they'd done and they said it wasn't my contract so I couldn't talk to them about it
Haha, not only that, they were charging my for every text and call I was making
Got sorted eventually (lol, basically cos dad sent a letter saying "sort this out now or I will contact the regulator) but was funny them telling me different s**t when I rang up
I just get the feeling all mobile phone companies are just c**ts to be honest
