Best bet (well, its what we're doing) is to get day returns...

from Nch-P'boro/P'boro-Stamford/Stamford-Nuneaton. If you can get four people together it'll cost the princely sum of ?14.10, three people would make it about ?20, less than that you're looking at ?28. They can be bought on the day & what with the weather and everything might be an idea for those of you planning to go by car. The ground is the Nuneaton side of Coventry and there is a bus that goes right past it which you can get near Nuneaton station. The cab ride would be ?2 or ?3 each if you fill it.
