That's unfair.
To say 'it's his job' suggests to me that unless he finds another Laudrup or Pochettino then he has failed. That's a tall order. He's already brought Lambert in, and most of us seemed happy enough with the Hughton appointment. Diamonds are hard to find, but I'm sure he's out there searching.
