I'm on my way home from the game

I can't recall such a gutless performance by a NCFC team or another game that was effectively over in the first 15 minutes. Very strange atmosphere at the Etihad, it was as if both sets of fans just wanted to go home after 30 minutes - no doubt about the result, just the formality of counting the number of goals.

It wasn't sport today, it was suicide. I don't blame Hoots entirely for the shambles, most of the blame should fall squarely on the players who could not be arsed to fight and show some spirit.
