hey OG, re sloe gin
although I believe sloes do actually grow in Chile, I've never seen them.
Ever heard of anyone doing it with blueberries? I'm thinking maybe gin might not work so well in this case (vodka or aguardiente might be better) or that perhaps blueberries aren't bitter enough.
