not a single tactical idea in his head, and his pieces of paper saying "Work Hard" and stuff stuck up on the walls at Colney & Carra don't work any more. All he can do is keep throwing endless new journeymen into the team in a continually changing mix in the hope that by the law of averages he'll eventually stumble onto a winning formula. The management of the club is now ridiculously inept enough now to be funny in a Comical Ali sort of way.
