Why the summer signings have flopped
Seems like a case of worrying too much about getting the right attitudes in rather than the right footballing talent.

hughes, especially
Thorne
MLJ and possibly colin
Worthy seems to have bought players who he belives would 'fit in'. I think he's gone overboard in getting in 'good apples' instead of picking the not so good ones of the tree
koumas being a prime example
whilst i strongly belive having the right attitude in place is crucial it shopuld be up to the mangement to create the right attitude
i think if Worthy would have been more ruthless in signing quality instead of personality, we wouldnt be where we are now...
your thoughts please?
