really good players make those around them better

I think Snodgrass actually has the opposite effect. His tempo
of attack and delivery of the cross is so slow and badly timed
it's throwing the strikers off. Think we would be WAY better off with a more direct winger. Doesn't make him a bad player. Just don't think he's the least bit easy to play with. Actually think he'd be better more central.
