But we have been fairly consistently poor (at least in terms of results) for a pretty long time. How long do you wait for things to get better? New manager might be no better or worse, but wait too long and its too late. Difficult choice for the board but dont believe mcnally will be too happy and I trust him to find someone new if necessary.
