Carl Robinson

So it finally happened.....even I was beginning to doubt myself!! Seriously, what I find interesting is that Robinson has clearly been a target for a long time, and the deal was only delayed because Sunderland wanted to hold on to him pending a few injuries. So, did Worthington really intend to buy Robinson, thought it would not happen so bought Etuhu, and now thought he might as well have both??
A bit like when he bought Svensson and McKenzie since be thought Huckerby was not signing ..... and look how that turned out!! Fingers crossed (ever the optimist).
