Worthy " I need to bring in another player to strengthen the team which you may have observed is not playing very well at the moment."
Doncaster " Is he a right side midfielder with some pace and a good cross to create some goals?"
Worthy " Dont be daft- he`s just what we are missing- a hard working industrious midfielder who cant get into the Sunderland first team "
Doncaster " Oh thats alright then. We dont want anybody thats good. It might show up even further how bad our current squad is. Of course you can further blow our rapidly diminishing transfer budget with yet another reserve loanee"
Worthie " Thanks. Of course if you hadn`t agreed I would have to come out publically that the Board were hindering my attempts to improve the team and I might have had to hint that my future lay elsewhere at a more ambitious club."
Doncaster thinking for a moment " Now there`s an idea."
