I think England did well and are improving. Just a bit frustrating when bringing in someone like Townsend is hailed as some kind of master stroke when in all likelihood Redmond, Sterling, Zaha would have looked just as promising if given a chance. Townsend got a chance as he plays for Spurs. Zaha and Sterling have already been given chances and given who they play for will undoubtedly get further chances. I just hope Redmond is given the same opportunity and not denied because he plays for us.
