Mixed this kebab seasoning into 1kg of lamb mince last night

kneeded it into the meat and then made lots of little meat balls to freeze

Cooked some small bits to try

It's NEARLY, exactly like the takeaway

I might get pork, turkey and lamb mince next time, and maybe I'll get the whole round flavour
