The thing I notice from that list is
The so called weaker referees are the ones who are very cautious and often make the easy call and favour the big or home sides, their communication on the pitch seems to strike of trying to emphasise authority whereas the others already have it, and the respect of the players.
As a lower half team we get a lot more of these ?not up to it? refs, which I think puts us at a disadvantage.
