And I don't dismiss anyone. No-one was decrying Fox during our first Premiership season, in fact I think Holtamania was using the stats to show how much better a team we were with him in the side. And yet there is David Fox, on loan at Barnsley now.

"everyone is a manager" what a glib pointless remark. Yes, everyone has an opinion. And yes, the manager should not be beyond criticism. And yes indeed, the manager does seem pretty damn slow to realise some things about his players, or at least to act upon them.
