Pants, now that bigpockets has died

What's your recommendation for a source of refurb computers? I need to get something powerful enough for gitlet minor to play Rome Total War 2 on, his laptop isn't up to it, but I'm buggered if I'm spending ??? on a machine which will only be used for gaming
