Am i alone in finding the "heroes offer" a touch annoying
I get the paying respect to our armed forces when they return from fighting for our country etc (although i think recent calls for things such as them not having to queue for planes etc are a bit over the top) but the notion that someone who is a policemen or works for the NHS (any job in those services presumably?) gets in to the match for a third of the price I do is a bit galling.
