Actually the UK interest rate may
go up a bit more and then start to fall again. So I dont think the issue is relevant compared to years ago when interest rates reached much higher levels.
The above is a personal opinion and should not be taken as advice as to which way interest rates may go and should not be taken as advice relating to loans, mortgages, shares, options, other derivatives etc.
