Just back from the match . Thoughts :

Great performance - we dominated Stoke and deserved to win.
We really went at them at the start - Stoke hardly got a look in in the first 20 mins. Good tactics from Hughton and he picked the right team to do the job.
The players who stood out for me were Ryan Bennett, Martin Olsson, Fer and Tettey. But they were all good, and Ruddy, of course, was safe as houses.
Bennett needs to improve his distribution when he brings the ball forward (which I like to see) - maybe needs more movement from other players. Fer is great, but a few times today he did the hard work by winning the ball then dawdled and lost it again. Good to see Snoddy and Pilks putting in a shift on the flanks. Service to Wolf not great, but I thought his movement was good today. It was pretty windy which didn't help delivery of crosses.
Will have to try to get to more away games ...
