Most important is that he's exciting. Bring him off the bench and whole 'what can he do, what will he do' will lift team and fans alike.

Demonstrating the squad that success brings rewards in no bad thing.

From a personal point of view I'd like to see the youth involved in the first team. It's always a sad state when the first team has noone who's come though the ranks.
