I think most management teams now come and go as a group

It would be a rare manager that sacks someone he has worked closely with, to replace them with a relative stranger.

I think we need some new attacking ideas from an experienced coach but we have the dour faced Calderwood. He is always hiding in the directors box whilst Hoots and Trollope try to sort the mess on the pitch out.

So looks like it all or nothing really
