Just back from the game. My view.

Dont want to add too much to the millions of posts already on the subject.

Just a few points that stick out.

1.) B.J was shocking. 1/10 - Hoots took him off after 45. Should have been after 20 mins.

2.) Hoolahan was poor. Ineffective for large parts.

3.) Bunn played well.

4.) Murphy and Redmond were awesome on the wings. Turned the game.

5.) Hooper is clinical. Give him a decent chance and boom. The one on one at the end - I knew he would score before he hit it. He just has that air about him.

6.) Fer and Tettey looks like the centre mid combo we need.

7.) Well done Hughton. Finally made the right subs at the right time and he got the turn around he wanted when it was all going wrong.

8.) Atmosphere at our end was ok. Bit tentative for 70 mins. Plenty of noise at 2-1 and beyond.

Onwards to Stoke !
