That it is Delia who is keeping him in the job. I have heard from too many separate sources about how pally she is with Worthy and how she cancelled a board meeting a while back to discuss his future.
She claims to be a custodian of the club for the fans but the truth is she is doing the opposite and treating the club like her own personal possession (which of course technically I know it is).
She does not deserve any personal abuse over it and I will continue to be eternally grateful for everything she's done for our club but I am extremely disappointed in the way she is letting things deteriorate this season as I always thought she was supposed to be a hard nosed businesswoman.
