we have some new players in key areas this season, and I don't think it's there yet (as the performances and results testify)

I would like to judge his future at the club based on how we improve from here on in

a few goals vs Villa at the weekend and the atmosphere would be very different right now (people keep mentioning fine margins, and it's true, they are)
