Positives on a post card, please

Proof if it were needed that this is a problem of the manager, not the players. Hoots has coached any attacking flair out of us. He got by last season on the basis that it his options were limited. What's the excuse now? This won't get any better. I have no confidence and worse, seems the players don't either. Don't see any alternative than to sack and start again.
