I got slaughtered for it and was told it was a good thing. Well thats bollocks. Little old Norwich that friendly little club from Norfolk, im sick of that attitude.

Look at the way Wigan have approache dtheir Prem season? They have gone for it from the word go, fearing no one believeing in themselves playing attacking football, what did we do? Tell everyone that would listen that we are lil ol Norwich, we will try our best but we will prob go down, dont expect nothing from us, we are just happy to be here attitude. In the end i think the players believed this and didnt believe in themselves at all.

Lets drop this friendly little club act, it doesnt wash anymore, we have one of the largest grounds, fan base and financial resources in this league, lets start believing and thinking big. Starting by sacking mr charisma NOW!
