That's nothing!

I was introduced to a music producer/DJ the other day, someone in his early 20s. He talked about how he was inspired by a particular Bristol producer called Pinch, and heard his first records when he was 13. I'd already known Pinch (or, as he was to me then and even now, Rob) for about five years before he put out his first record. I even went to his first club night in 2004. I mentioned this to said 20-something, and he said "I was about 11 then".

I almost cried. Getting old is annoying.
