Absolutely right.

We had a championship winning team which was duly ripped apart for the premiership which was then dismantled again on relegation. This has led to a fragmented side with no team spirit, this squad does not play for each other as most are on loan or dont give a s**t about Norwich as they have not grown together as players.
If you buy 4 - 5 average championship players and put them in the team then you get an average championship side, not one challenging for the premier.
Bit of a no brainer really!
