What to do in Brighton?

Going to the UK in October, I'll be two days in London, including going to Norwich to watch the Cardiff-match.
Then there'll be one more day in London, before I'll be going to Brighton. (missed out this summer as we chose to stay in Eastbourne).
So, bar the obvious humour, what's to do in Brighton in October??
