its pretty much given....

that monthly rental for a property is pretty much on a par, sometimes higher, than the actual mortgage....

its the price you pay for not coughing up the 10% deposit and paying legal fees (average around ?20-30k these days) to actually OWN the place.

ie, typical 4 bed detached with garage round our way is around ?300k....thats roughly ?1000 mortgage.....

same places rent out for around ?900-1100 per month.
