love it

quite often knock up something at home with some sort of pork stock i found in a local shop. bit of soy and mirin, noodles, leftover roast pork, soft boiled egg or two and a handful of spring onions. bit of miso stirred in at the end

takes minutes to make and is pretty lush. making my own stock is the next step i suppose
