online likely to be best for price, if you know what you want. second hand market can be great if you know your way around the gear but a bit risky.

best advice i would give though is have a cooling off period, play around with what you have now for a while and work out what the limitations are and then research what filters/accessories you think you might need. it can be quite easy to buy a load of extra stuff you dont need or wont use
