downtime... what's that??!
I have the 'golden hour' - 11pm to midnight - when my wife has gone to bed, the house is tidied, the bottles for the night are prepared, and the twins fast asleep and not yet ready for their midnight-ish feed.
It's about the only time I get the place to myself and some peace & quiet. Lovely, especially when it dovetails with MotD.
