What you going on about 'bor
You seem to have a right bee in your bonnet on this one - and I'm not sure why you think that the Wrath is the right place for your rants.
However, since you've raised the issue ad nauseum in the last few hours:
FWIW, there are a lot of MP's from both left and right who are against military action in Syria 'full-stop'. Both motions included accepting the possibility of future military action, albeit with a subsequent 'second vote' and so a lot of MP's voted against both motions irrespective of ALL parties whipping operations. As a result the one thing that is clear from last nights vote is that there isn't a Parliamentary majority for any future military action - its frankly silly to have a pop at anyone over political point scoring on this one - they are Politicians FFS, its what they ALL do.
You should also consider the possibility that those against military action may be just as sickened by the use of chemical weapons as you seem to be, opposition to future military action might be nothing to do with point scoring, giving succour to Assad, or supporting the Russians. Rather its recognition that however frustrated and impotent we might feel or think that ''something' must be done, sometimes its better not to pour petrol on a fire. Doing 'something' can actually make worse what you are trying to solve. To that extent I find myself almost uniquely agreeing with a Conservative MP, who gave her reasons for voting No to both motions in this article:
