we wouldn't need to change formation to do that, keep the 4-5-1

maybe it is hoots keeping stuff simple while the new players settle in. Maybe redmond is on the left as it is easier to fill the right hand midfield spot easier than the left. Pilks is pretty much two footed though isn't he....never seen him on the right other than to take corners.
