I agree RM is highly rated and rightly so, definitely comes across a one of the most highly respected "leaders" of the pack - and always gives 100% no matter what (which usually then has a filtering down effect on all the other players, especially when the result - or possession stats- don't seem to be going in our favour).
A few years back Wes used to do the same I think, but more so with his mazey runs which would lift the crowd and then the rest of the team.
Russ is more of a lead by example kinda guy I think, and doesn't seem to moan at others the way Holt used to
