Blunderside is one of the rugby league strongholds. There are zillions of amateur teams, including:

Skirlaugh
Ideal Isberg (best named team ever)
East Hull
West Hull

Hull FC are so called because they were the first football team in 'Ull?bearing in mind that rugby league is a form of rugby football. Many Aussies still call League "footy" (just like they call Aussies rules "footy")
