Wow - where do i begin?

the board were undoubtedly playing safe to a cetain extent, but they definitely gave it a go. Their only real boo-boo was to not buy Ashton in the summer, but instead play the "well if we do well by Jan we can save a bit of transfer kitty by not panic buying" card.

They are very conscious of not getting into dreadful financial problems and risk administration with the problems and points that now incurs.

I believe they are truly interested in the longevity of the club at the highest level possible.

As for Deano and Greeno being sold in Jan or the summer, it is a strong possibility and it scares the pants off me to be honest. But that's football. If they go we have a few seasons of mid-table mediocrity which we are so famed for, heading our way at best.

I really don't want that - sometimes you feel relegation may be better to gain impetus rather than seasons of 12th,13th,14th etc. But i know thats crazy.

We've just got to cross those fingers people. Oh and support as fervently and loudly as we can.
