I'd be really happy with that starting XI.

Not 100% sure on Redmond through the middle, but I think it could work. Really though I'd like to see someone with a consistent final pass play there, although I'm not sure if Redmond, Howson or even Hoolahan can achieve that. Might also have to swap Martin for one of the other full backs seeing as they're both very attack minded players, although a Fer and Tettey partnership would offer a great deal of protection when the full backs are out of position.
