do you mean "all the matches" or "all the live tv matches"

It is legally impossible to watch every Premier League match in the UK. Only the ones shown on Sky or BT (generally about 4 each week).

But I'm not sure of the answer in any case because of Sky's various bundles of channels, which mean I coiuldn't tell what the cheapest you get just the sports channels would be.
