Unotelly?
Designed to get round territorial restrictions it lets you watch streamed versions of channels outside the territory they are locked to. Works on mobles/tablets, laptops and desktops of all flavours. I've used it to watch BBC through iPlayer in Germany (and Sky Go) but also works for US channels here, and other combinations. Means you've got to know which broadcaster is showing Norwich but in theory means you can watch their dedicated stream rather than a pirated/piggy backed one.Try for free, a few quid a month for the premium version:
