Friendlies are always played at 80% max IMO

I'm sure we have another gear or two. Players don't want to get injured at this stage (Hooper didn't do too well though).

FWIW I thought Howson played very well Tuesday night and I'm sure we'll see him against Everton. I thought he'd continued his improvement from last season and think he might force his way in.
